Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Sprouts Specialist. This is a remote position, and the ideal candidate can live anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities

Provide admin support to the Sprouts National Team by owning the management of essential brand documents and materials for the team.
Promotional contract maintenance, ownership of deal management systems (DemandTec)
Drafting all deals and EDLPs contracts
Completing audits on promotional and new item submissions
Connecting with Brands to secure approvals, conducting monthly TPR/EDLP compliance audits
Maintenance of planner/commitment forms.
Attend planning meetings with Sprouts Key Account Managers (KAM’s) (Promotional support)
Work with INMAR & Sprouts Shopper Marketing Team to create marketing opportunities for our Brands.
Maintain SharePoint site for the Sprouts team. Including but not limited to updating APLs, store lists, promo contracts, commitment forms, and promotions.
Independently complete Sprouts documentation including but not limited to cost change forms, new item submissions, KeHE/UNFI inventory spot checks, APL maintenance, and monthly focus maintenance.
Onboarding new clients, help with forms and collecting sales collateral.
Support team objectives as needed (KAMs & Managers)
Planning support as needed

Requirements

Positive attitude
Great attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office. Excel, Word, PowerPoint and One Note are used daily.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to multi-task
Interest in organic food, products and lifestyle
Must own a smart phone and computer to perform duties (Green Spoon supplies Microsoft Office Suite)

Qualifications

A college degree strongly preferred.
Relevant natural grocery experience working with Broker/Retailers.
Complete understanding of Microsoft suite.
Administrative experience working with corporate accounts.
Grocery promotional knowledge with experience writing contracts preferred.

Salary Range: $65 - $70k / yearly
