Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Billings and Collections Staff Accountant that will play a crucial role in supporting the billing and collections process for the business. This role is a hybrid role for a candidate in the Denver/Boulder area working out of the HQ office. Remote candidates will also be considered, but local candidates are preferred.
The Billing and Collections Accountant is primarily responsible for the day-to-day processing of accounts receivables transactions and managing the payment collections of customers. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the maintenance of day-to-day accounts receivable transactions and procedures, payment collections from clients and the processing, verifying, posting, and reporting of financial data for the use in maintaining accurate accounting records. This role will also be responsible for assisting with month end journal entries, reconciliations, and maintaining balance sheet schedules.
